    It supports 1080p in 24, 25 and 30 fps so if the interlace is choppy drop your frame rate to get progressive.

    Wow, I nearly bought the Blackmagic Recorder, but thanks to you, I won't be getting it! 1080i is a total deal breaker. Great video!

    What's up with the frame rate on the BlackMagic side? Seems to me running about half the internal recording rate.

    when we take video , it records to both computer and internal or just to computer ( because of that device ) ? ı mean ı want to record only to my computer...

    Hey! Thanks for this video. It was helpful to me. I was wondering when you recorded footage through the Blackmagic recorder would it drop frames and stop recording? I'm facing this issue. Every 20-30 seconds frames drop in the video as the audio still rolls through. Any help would be much appreciated.

      super late, but still relevant, make sure you are a recording to a SSD instead of a HDD write speeds on your drive make a huge difference.

    power for camera comin from usb thunderbolt right ? so we dont need battery ?

      Yeah, the thunderbolt provides power (you will see white lamp on)
