Best band Norway ever produced! The new drummer Kenneth Kapstad (played also in Gåte earlier) really pulls off everything. The guitarist Reine Fiske also joined in this album and did an amazing job on the psychedelic parts of the songs. The release concert of this album was, to me, the best experience since the Timothy`s Monster concert in 2010 (Øya).
Motorpsycho Black Metal?! Now, that's missing the mark by a million miles. At least. Motorpsycho is a hard rock band in the tradition of Zeppelin, Purple, Grand Funk, Cactus etc. And, if you throw in a bit of 90s shoegazer and grunge, and a bit of early seventies Yes and a bit of Gabriel era Genesis, and a measured dose of Crimson, and a good spoonfull of late sixties west coast psych, and a good dash of Miles anno his earliest few electric years (Bitches Brew and a couple- three years on)... then you've more or less got it. But Black Metal? Eh... No. Just... no(!).
never ever in my life I've seen someone label Motorpsycho as black metal. chances are the one who commented that way hadn't even listened to Motorpsycho once, or - more likely - he doesn't know what black metal is
I don't think Motorpsycho can be dubbed "Black Metal". They have Metal-Elements and Metal-Roots but have risen far beyond the Genre. Let there be fiskepudding and Geitost! ;-)
where the "hell" (lol) do you hear black metal, it's literally one of their stoner/psychedelic/post rock tracks in the vein of Starhammer, Taifun, etc.
Can't believe I slept on this band for so long. Amazing!

Einfach nur geil, die ganze CD! Sie haben es geschaft, den "Geist" des "Einhorns" rüberzunehmen. Genial!
I LOVE YOU ALL... FROM NOW ON!!!!!!!
Motorpsycho never neglects itself.
Sounds like old fuckin cool days !!!

Oh, and Bent quite loves The Beatles. That is actually a bit of a key to the whole thing...

Yeah, Motorpsycho really like to experiment, and thank god they do!
Obviously my subjective opinion that Motorpsycho is the "best".
Black metal is by far the biggest thing ever Norway managed to come up with.
Not every band from Norway is Black Metal. This is not even close, just Hard Rock / Stoner Rock and some bits of Metal.
