I am currently stuck in a toxic job with lotssss of politic and have been ignored / mistreated so badly. I really want to change career, but the field that I'm applying is so niche that the new company couldn't give me a permanent contract, even though I passed all the interviews. I was so devastated because I literally did everything right, tried my very best, but my life is still fcked. For the first time in my life I was thinking of giving up my entire life in this country and move back to my hopeless home country which I always wanted to leave since teenage years.
