GI sheet cooler. It's more durable if you apply primer and paint it in the beginning. Apply paint every year as maintenance. It will last more than 20 years if regularly maintained.
Plastic though rust proof, becomes brittle if exposed to sun light. If you still want plastic cooler, go for good and sturdy model from symphony.
If want great cooling...go for metal coolers☝️

Wood wool is better but needs replacement every season. Honey comb is washable but extremely costly. Grass costs 50-100 rupees but honey comb costs more than thousand.

Humesha cooler khidki ke bahar install karna chahiye jaha shaded area ho. Room ke andar ki hawa bahar bhi nikalni chahiye. Thandi hawa room ke garmi se garm hokar upar ki oar jaati hai. Ventillator poora khol dene se cooling jabardast hogi. AC ko bhi takkar deta hai.

Plastic ka lena ho toh symphony ka hi lena. Lohe ka local wala hi lo jiske window me wire mesh hi ho, shutter type nhi. Isse itna cooling hoga jitna AC me bhi nhi hota.

I have a Metal cooler, but not space outside for cooler,, I kept my cooler in room,, no any choice.
Then the room will be full of humidity and inefficient cooling. Better put iron angles or stand outside the window to support the cooler. Ask local vendors if they can make the arrangements for you.

I Don't Agree At All with you Mandeep Paji about the vibration noise and water leakage of coolers. I have Symphony Ice Cube technology Cooler with Remote and one VEGO portable personal cooler. Both are 8 years old, plastic-body and never have noise. They are *soundless. And their colour is White. I time to time clean them with soap and colour is perfect even after 8 years. I clean the filters with toothbrush before and after using them! No problem for storing also. And both have options to run without switching the water pump and have revolving facilities. I feel you don't have much experience with plastic indoor Coolers paji. I am sorry to say.
If you install the cooler outside the window, it works like AC. Choose the cooler size according to room size. Indoor coolers increases humidity if used for long hours and doesn't cool after that. Cooler needs cross ventilation to function properly.
