    sir , please tell me exactly why we use square root function in dp flow transmitter , what are the reasons

      Thanks for your comment.
      Flow rate is directly proportional to the square root of differential pressure. In other words, flow rate and differential pressure do not have a linear relationship. So this is the reason that we use square root function in dp flow transmitter. This square root function converts square root relationship into linear.
