You know when what's being said is from the heart, and not from what you hear 👌🏽

My cuz just sent this to me now, I joined an agency that was started on the back of Storme closing and i didn't know much coz i was young. Learned a lot about the industry in my time there. This world is crazy and modeling is not the same as the good old days

From South Africa, I have a question for everyone around the world: do you think the level of education (academic) you accumulate plays a role in entrepreneurship and if not, then why does one need a partner who is well versed in Commercial Academic Education when they themselves aren't academic?
    .
I'm asking because - almost every entrepreneur sideline the importance of academic education, but for some reason they partner with people who are well equipped with the knowledge. Is academic commercial education important? Or it's just a basic requirement you must have before all other highly ranked features you need as an entrepreneur? (I'm an aspiring entrepreneur, but I'm currently a Mathematics Facilitator for high school learners - I hope to embark in entrepreneurship once I master my craft)

You forget the people they partner with usually hv 15+ yrs of experience , entrepreneurs are dreamers and focus more on execution than preparation
