I just started using the OM1 about three weeks ago. All I can say is wow! Such a different experience shooting birds. I have been playing around with precapture and love it. Great tips in this video. Thanks for sharing.
Don’t forget to try a wide angle close up (7-14 or 8-25) as well as the more obvious longer lens

how bad does pro capture hurt shutter life? havnt used it since i know its easy to take 120 fps.
I think the Pro Capture uses the electronic shutter, not the mechanical one so shouldn't have any effect.
