Hey Waylon! I want to thank you for opening my eyes to see craps differently! I just had the best 3 day session at Harrah’s Cherokee! I used “The Arnold” from the don’t. And never had a loosing session! Not only never lost but made more money than I’ve ever made on a casino trip!! I also experimented with buying the 4 and 10 to see if it out paced the 7… and they certainly did and helped padded my bankroll! I just wanted to personally come by and thank you for passing on this knowledge! Please keep up the good work!
I won about $450 with the Arnold from the Don't at Cherokee in about an hour on the morning of MLK day. It is a great system but this one may be better! I also hedge on the Come out rolls and it has saved me many times! I also sometimes place odds on the DP and/or DC if they are on a 4 or 10, especially if the point or DC has been hit once.
This system is ridiculous powerful even on bubble craps. Like Waylon says watch your bankroll and when you are profit adjust your pets. Been sitting on bubble craps making 1k each time in 2 trips in one hour. It’s nice to not have to wait for rolls to play on a busy table.
Good modification on the Arnold. The original Arnold's Achilles Heel was the DC PSO. So moving from the pass line to the don't pass is a great improvement in my opinion. Thanks again Waylon. Appreciate all your efforts!
Just like any Don't Pass system, a come out 7 or 11 looses (8 of 36 times.) so you can quickly ladder up as Waylon demonstrated. On the come out roll I like to lay $30 each on every box number, only a $30 loss when the point is established, but they're all winners on a come out 7!
I ordered a nice craps layout from Amazon so I could test The Arnold without using an online simulator Probably the best $50 I ever spent. I was laddering up, so each time I would lose a don't pass/ don't come I would increase the next don't pass or don't come by 1 unit ($25 in my case). I was betting $10 on the come once a point and the DC was established. I had a couple of nice wins of about $200 and $300 dollars. But my $1500 bankroll got completed decimated a few times as well. After about 8 runs of the system, I am down over $3000 in my simulations. This looked promising, but it's a hard no for me. These are always fun to try, Thanks for uploading. 🙂
I like this modification to the already fantastic Arnold. I might temper the laddering a little by going up based on the size of the come bet. Assuming the base come bet is $15, I might ladder up/down by $20 each time. For smaller buyins, this might be a more palatable approach. Hope to see you again soon. Been a long time.
Waylon how the hll are you so darn smart. In 2 weeks since I started watching you all you done is make me money. Used the Arnold the 678. Today just used this ultimate Arnold on bubble craps. Made 1k in one hour. Thank you brother. Wish I could see you in Biloxi going there in a week
Thank you so much i ran this last night in Tampa Hardrock and won 2000 dollars,we had one shooter who hit every point 30 minutes straight but i stayed disciplined and kept laddering up and in and after 3 shooter i was up big. You really cant lose with this system if you have the bank roll. Roll tide
Have run this twice now at local casinos. Choppy tables, Never really got down over 200$ either time. Ist casino had to go to 30$ don't and 15$ come because of table limits . Second was a 10 $ table. Both times only had to ladder once to 4th level. Came right back to profit. Walked couple hundred ahead both times. Had quite a few players walked with empty racks. What I like is on a roller that's hitting #s but not the point ur holding your own or making a little waiting on the seven.
Awesome system! Won me $1000 playin at the hard rock in Tampa, FL. Only variation I made and got lucky on was applying max odds if the point was 4 or 10 instead of making a “don’t come” bet. I still kept the “Come” bets going. It worked out for me this time, keep up the great information. If beginners like me can follow and make profit, anyone can!
Hey brother, we came from Orlando to Tampa Hard Rock last night and we played your strategy and made a killing. We love following you and meeting other people who follow you. Thanks Waylon, Paul.
Love this version. Prob my favorite. Been experimenting on crapsee after the initial don't gets set, instead of just putting 25 on the DC and a 7 comes out and it's a wash, put odds on the DP just for that one roll that way you'll make a little bit of money cuz there's always a lot of pso's. Then after DC is set just take odds off 👍
Your videos often come at just the right time with such sound logic it is a miracle. In a few of my practice sessions I took some pretty big losses and, reverting back down to base is sounding so much better now. The magic happens when you win on level 2-5 not 8-12. The raises just aren’t as powerful. But after a few wins reverting back down is just genius. Why risk it? The only way this strategy can lose is hitting so many points and come outs. That does happen though, so unless you got money to burn play smart!
Before this strategy reaches that losing point, you will know you have a hot table. Learn how/when to switch to a hot table strategy by using this one. This would work even better if we could play together as a group.
Excellent point, as this strategy on bubble craps is a GREAT way to play with a small bankroll. This strategy is good on both cold and choppy tables. If/when the dice get HOT, switch to a light side strategy & build a big bankroll. Those hour long rolls are uncommon, but you can sure win big.
I agree. An extremely hot table can kill you, if you refuse to see & change your strategy. This strategy can teach you how/when to switch because of that. Luck is real & craps is a game of streaks, including choppy or back & forth streaks.
The first 4 mins of multiple come out 7s…has been my life at the tables recently for all other shooters. Lets also include PSOs after points were finally established. Glad I’m playing some strats here to deal with the big reds or not throw down chips on all other shooters 🤣🤣🤣
Waylon i’ve been playing this exact strategy but without any come bets. I’m calling it the Double Don’t Ladder. i come all the way down to base level on both DP and DC anytime i’m in profit, even if its only by one unit. you should give it a try, it seems to work out great. basically a cross between this strategy and the six pack/KISS strategy. Thanks for teaching me how to be a better craps player!
Hey Waylon, have you ever thought of switching the Ladder amounts when one gets high? Your video started with the DP taking it on the chin & the DC winning, just a thought. I've been having some real consistent success with this strategy starting on the DC, then moving to the DP if Don't bet gets to big. Interesting to start with both, then go with the winning bet. Like starting with one Don't @ $50 and Ladder $25 steps, then keep the Comes @ $10 to power the Don't bet recovery. Been using the Come bet parlay after a win & got to say really like Casino $$ pressing the bet (wins make it easy to Ladder down). Anyway you play this, the back to Base when 'In Profit' is the key to profit. You're the Champ! Cheers, Robert H.
@@waylonswaycraps Look forward to it. This is a great cold table strategy, too many rolls after the Point you're Don't is dodging bullets. I talk to the 3 Point Molly guys, best read for the Arnold

Great stuff man! You are teaching me a ton as I've been watching a lot of your videos as a new player. 2 questions. I only can get mostly $15 tables where I'm at so come bets would be $15. Would you still run $25 DP/DC? 2nd is could you also ladder up by $5 each time instead of doubling or would that not be effective? I plan to do my own rollouts but would also appreciate yours or anyones feedback. Keep it up!
Another interesting way to play the Arnold. However, I prefer the Darnold as it hedges those come out 7's and PSO's. Regardless how you play the Arnold, they're just tough as hell to beat.
Waylon is there anyway you can create a video that explains which Arnold variation works best for the different modes the table could be running. Also I’m assuming you switch up strategies when the table seems to have changed. I played craps for the first time in probably 20 years and had success using the “Arnold” method (although it was a variation on the one you just showed).
When you end up with all the points covered in come bets with the exception of the dc , would it make sense to increase the come bet to $20 from $10 ? If the 7 comes you cover 2 of the come bets and if it doesn't keep rolling with $20 wins and maybe $30 , $40 wins if the roll just keeps hitting numbers
Come bets are always working! They are a contract bet ,you can't take them down or turn them off! You can take down. DC bet at anytime but never do that
On the Come Out roll, put 25 on Don't Come but lay 50 on the 4 just in the 7 comes. After point is established, remove the lay, THEN bet on DC and the COME.
I’m gonna play this system this weekend. If I lose to 2 7’s or 11’s on come out gonna pause for next shooter. Just in case shooter gets hot on come out.
I'm sure there are many ways to play and reasons but I keep thinking you would be money ahead if you place the roll number rather than using the come. You would miss the 7, 11 but the 1,2,12 wouldn't get you. Personally, I would have a hard time placing the number rolled because many times dealers are hard to hear.
I’m a little confused about when to go down to the first level when winning. If you’re up $300 but lost $125 on your last roll do you stay where you’re at on the ladder or go down to the first level?
