For anybody playing Firestorm pressing X during he's super gives you more damage.
Flop Fish PS4 and it works for captain cold special as well.

i havent seen a lot of people play him, i didnt think he looked that good, i was playing scarecrow day 1 and as i was going through characters i thought i ll try out firestorm considering my tag is 'Blazee' now im so thankful i did, he's fun as hell and combos look mean

How do you deal with darkseid and fate zoning?

Block/crouch, use the dodge roll/close the gap by other means (supergril teleport for example)
Cryope okay I forgot about the meter burn roll, I mean firestorm specifically. Usually I can jump and bf3 but with darkseid it's not possible with omega beams hitting high
Drunkscottsman usually when i have to fight another good zoner as firestorm i try to apply meterburn fireball since its very fast and knocks down. use the knockdown time to either activate shield or move forward then rinse and repeat.
Dont fuck with Firestorm. He'll flame yo ass.
