Okay but there's a lot of interesting stuff going on this time. There's Rook and Trey's wholesome friendship, which should be appreciated more. There's Rook's gayness for Vil. There's Sebek LITERALLY BEING ON THE VERGE OF TEARS when he heard Malleus is struggling. But obviously the most interesting is the possessions, and how the ghosts are literally opposite to the person they possess. Cater's ghost was rude and easily frustrated, and let out all his anger. One thing that I didn't see anyone mention is that this implies that Cater is bottling up a lot of his emotions so that he doesn't upset anyone. We kinda vaguely knew this from some card stories, but here it's made more clear. As for Vil, his ghost is not only whiny and cowardly, but also doesn't want any attention drawn to it, afraid of being envied. The ghost also possibly thinks that the only strength it has is its outward appearance (aka Vil's body). There's a lot of ways to interpret how specifically that reflects on Vil, but it's primarily that Vil is very confident in himself and has high self-esteem, he knows what he's good at and never once doubted that he's amazing. His drive is to simply be number 1, so everyone sees how beautiful and amazing he is. He loves the attention, and also seeks external validation.
About Vil, that could be post character Vil. In EP 5 in the tense scene where he's about to poison Neige, is when we see Vil's true flaws. Despite his confidence in his own beauty, deep down he is insecure, doubtful and at the same time, prideful. Like Rook said, "As long as you dont believe in yourself, even if you won, you will never be satisfied."

Idk How much there power level plays into it but im sure in general they would be the most magically gifted. Even if power level isn't taken into account when sorting the dorms, Malleus is one of the top 5 Sorcerers in the world and Lilia is god knows how old with centuries to grow his skills. We still have no idea of Lilia's power or what he is accoully capable of and at that is kind of scary. Lets not forget Malleus is a DRAGON. Their power in the wrong hands could end so badly
