Hey! So glad to see you again! Beautiful blanket…. I wish I had the talent to do that. Never have been able to. Congrats on retirement! I hope you enjoy every day of it. Looking forward to seeing you again on your next video.
I love the colors in the blanket! Very pretty. Congratulations on retiring! I hope you enjoy yourself! Sorry you are alone but good you have your dog. 🤗🙏🏻
Hi Roxanne! I’m so glad to see this update. I’ve missed seeing you. I love the blanket. Teal is one of my favorite colors. How exciting to be retired. I’m sure you will find lots of ways to fill your days. Have a great week my friend!
Jess! I liked her so much, but I guess she just wasn’t up to it all. I was sad to see her go. 😢 And it was really mean the way those women laughed so much about tricking her.
Oh, wow!! So excited and relieved to see another video posted from you!! And, I'm so happy for you, that you've been able to retire now, after all! I fully agree on how cozy it is to have afghans on your couch, and that one's beautiful! We have a largeish living room, so have two couches, with an afghan on each. I'm clueless on doing that sort of thing, but my sister's mother-in-law was a talented seamstress, crocheter, and knitter. And she had a tradition of giving people one for wedding gifts. It's lovely. Then some years later, my oldest neice, who inherited her skills, began making them. My mother-in-law, who was at our house, A LOT, always admired ours. So one year, for Christmas I hired my neice to make her one. I had her do it in the colors of my mother in law's couch, thinking she would want it there. But nope, she just kept it folded over the back of a huge wooden rocker she had. And after all my neice's work, I don't think she ever used it! But fast forward, some years, later, when she passed away, I told my husband the one thing I wanted of hers was that just like brand new, afghan! My kids were in college by that time, but they've snuggled in it a lot, when they were home visiting. So it's now been used and appreciated a lot, just like our wedding gift one is! Anyway, so good to hear from you, and hopefully again soon. So glad you're retired now. I know you'll enjoy it! And glad over all, you seem to be doing pretty good!! 😊
Oh goodness I'm glad you got that Afghan and use it. They are a work of love for sure. I'll probably be doing a lot crocheting now. Lol Great to hear from you. God bless
Congratulations on retiring. I love your crocheted blanket. I’m working on a christmas afghan. Sounds fun to watch Survivor with a group of friends. My friends and I did similar with the show Lost. We made meals based on the series and episodes. Have a wonderful weekend. ❤😊
Well hi there Roxanne! 👋 It’s so good to see you! Congratulations on your retirement!!👏🙌 How fun to watch Survivor together! Amazing Race starts immediately after Survivor, and I really like that one also! That blanket looks beautiful! You are so talented! I think you could make some money selling crochet items along with your jewelry! I am retired also! It’s great, however I miss my friends, I think it’s great you keep in touch with your friends! Thanks for sharing and updating, take care! 🙋♀️😘
You know I didn't really have any friends at work, at least not at this job so I won't miss it at all. My friends are here in town and most are already retired so now I'll be able to spend more time with them. 😊
Oh, I’ve got an ‘in progress’ afghan I need to get back to, also. You’re is really pretty! What a great idea for Survivor night! That sounds like so much fun! We are avid fans of Survivor, too. Plus my sister and I watch it together by texting back and forth each time. She loves it too. One player I especially like is the science teacher. Smart and sensible, so far. I’m not a fan of any of the mean girls. Congratulations on your retirement!

Good to see you back. I am retired also. You have to find the new "norm" for yourself. I wish you well.
