Nice attempt in shelves organization. Pots/Pans & other items that U have shared in the are not just good but very cheap. I usually chop my chilies/garlic but during grinding put some salt/vinegar/lemon juice & it will last U over 6 months as long as its in the freezer. (Canada)

I think your old milk pot's handle would have been more comfortable than the new one's as it had a wooden handle (you said it lasted these many years, that shows the quality!). Anyways, may you have a nice experience with the new one too!
That pot is one of a kind. That’s why I am not throwing it. Admiration for the company that makes it . And I tried the new one. Although made of steel, it is behaving like a non-stick and even milk and veggies are not sticking to it. Incredible.
