Wouldnt 2nd Serika outperform 2nd Azusa ? I mean even if you apply debuff Serika should be still vastly superior auto attacker especially that her normal is on shorter CD. First team got best score because S.Hoshino/Himari/Ako GOD TRIO - Azusa couldnt underperform there. But if anything team 2 and 3 show that Azusa need babysitting with debuffing characters (for her Sub) + O.Chinatsu while Serika rolls on her own.
I thought so too originally, but after testing, azusa just seems to perform better overall. Serika has a lot of self atk buffs, but AR units already get a massive atk buff from the stage gimmick, so you get diminishing returns. Azusa's normal skill also has a much higher multiplier so she can one shot the box when hyperbuffed. Plus her normal skill has a def down which helps a lot here.

For those curious, the gimmick of this JE is that EX skills don't do damage. Also AR and TS units get an attack boost
