Hi! Thank you for the great videos. Question: if I want to apply for TM (on intent to use) for specific products that I know I will be selling very soon, should I list more products (that are within the same class) which I might be selling within a year or two, but not 100% sure?
In other words, OR should I apply for only those I know I will be selling for sure, and there's an opportunity to file another application for the same class But different products, later?
The question is, if I want to make leather wallets (018) and want to make leather backpacks also but not until year 4, it would suck if on year 3 someone got a trademark for MY name/logo for 018 leather backpacks bc my brand was strong, lol! I guess you just have to be on the ball and be ready to file another application for 018 leather backpacks AS SOON AS you know you will be able to produce them within the next 3 years, and so pay out the money for the application, again. Its a competitive world!
