Its actually when their first voicebank (act 1) was released, the second date 2008.03.03, is the upload date of the song in nicovideo, the third 2009.08.23 is the remiere of the stage play adaptation of the song. Thats what the wiki says, but there's still a last date 14.02.2012 that's still a mistery

There's also two levels of crowns. The standard-looking crown symbol with just the pointy parts and then the plush crown that has the pointy parts and additional fabric is earned for--I /think/--a perfect run with nothing but "cool"s. Unsure. I haven't checked in a while.
