Today make a classic dish with stuffed minced meat roll that is liked by all Greeks. This is a guaranteed recipe with a 100% success for your dinner. If you haven't already done it, do it!

RECIPES:
Ingredients
3 slices of stale bread
Milk
2 onions
1/2 bunch of parsley
700 g minced beef
1 tomato
1 egg
Salt
Odor
Paprika
Oregano
Pepper
Stuffing
Sliced yellow cheese
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
Slice
1 kg of baby potatoes
For the marinade
600 ml of broth
2 tablespoons of mustard
Oregano
Salt
Olive oil
Implementation
We start by soaking the bread in a little milk.
Mash the onions, parsley and tomatoes in the food processor. Then, pour all the ingredients into the minced meat and work very well until it becomes fluffy.
When it's ready, put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Then, we open the minced meat in a sheet on non-stick paper, as shown in the video.
Spread the yellow cheese, the diced peppers and the broken feta.
Then, roll carefully to make a roll.
We place it in a deep pan and put the clean potatoes.
Continue with the marinade and mix all the ingredients for the marinade and then pour over the potatoes and the roll. If necessary, add water.
Finally, bake at 170 degrees Celsius, on the resistance, for one and a half to 2 hours (depending on the thickness of the roll we have made).
Raise to 200 degrees Celsius and bake until golden.
