Tom doesn’t even sit with the stones 😂 what a machine
ape shit isnt it?
Stolman brothers class
Obscene lifting from Tom
It does seem to me that Tom starts moving quite a bit before the whistle. I don't know the rules so maybe it was perfectly fine, but when you look at the close times between him and Mateusz, this can make the difference.
When you look at the time from the first stone touching the platform to finish, it looks to me like Mateusz was a bit faster. Unfortunately you cannot see clearly when M. touches the first stone due to the camera angle.
Not hating on anyone, I like both athletes and have no personal preference, I would just like to hear other peoples opinions on the matter. :)
something to do with the sound synchronisation , at 0:00 from another angle you can see he goes on the whistle
1:58 Eddie had to slip that in haha
Wuuuaaooo!
Get in Tomeeeeeee.
Eddie intentionally mispronounced Halfthors last name "Buhjornson". That's some grade school s*** and I love it!
Tbf no one can the say the properly even I can't
@@petershortland478 true 😆
The one and only king of the stones👑
Finaly They switched Tom and Luke on te score board...
Vc é muito engraçado
😳
When mateusz isn’t 6’3
Tom Stoltman is an absolute savage and a true inspiration in the sport of strong man. He's going to go down as one of the greats by the time he's finished.
Edit: I should also add that Luke Stoltman deserves a shit load of credit as well. Tom was able to achieve this large in part to his brother's dedication and support. Luke is a truely good man.
He has such amazing raw power, if he just had a little more technique on the technical lifts I would definitely back him for winning multiple world titles in the future - he's still young so I reckon in a couple of years time he will hit his best!
Yeah that's right
Can't wait to see the WSM 2020 stone runs on the telly 👀
6 more months and maybe we'll get to watch it.
@@hardowider5054 it's on December. In UK anyway
Oleksii Novikov won WSM 2020
@@surajgurung5071 no way really?
26th dec in uk
Tom Stoltman must now, surely, be considered the King of Stones? What type of new stone lifting events would you want too see (old or new)? And who at their best, from the past or present, deserves to be considered for the title also?
Stone carry would be cool.
Stone lift for max would be a decent event. Before Tom, Brian and Thor would've rightly been considered Kings of the Stones.
Brian shaw vs tom stoltman single stone record.
@@georgefrench6487 Brian is no match
Heavier stones, speed is irrelevant compared to strenght.
Look at the body on tom a real life hercules
Nesfield J Hercules wishes!
He sure got huge from when he 1st started with his brother. He was more lean now he looks swollen
I know what it takes to rightly be considered King of the Stones: your name has to be Tom Stoltman.😷👍
Tom Stoltman has the potential to be the WSM.
he nearly won the last wsm, he's one of most probable winners for next year
He got it all to win WSM. Still young
If he gets his grip improved its defo possible
He's seen rapid improvement over the past 3 years and will only get better💪
All strongmen have "potential", Tom is more a "future reality".
Even Atlas watches Tom do stones and is like wtf
The way Eddie said Hafthor's name lol
You can take the man out of Stoke...
What? It’s not bah-jorn-sen
@@amfam100 the j is pronounced almost like a y
@@GiantsLiveSTRONGMAN but you can't take the Stoke out of the man.
If Mateusz is 6'3", then Martins is 5'11" lmao. He's at least 6'5".
Was thinking the same, always seen Mateusz stats saying 6’5”. Hes at least 3 inches taller then martins. 🤷♂️
Pretty sure 6’5”
Marius would wear platform shoes.
Tom is 6'8
Martins 6'2" or 3", Mateusz 6'5", Tom 6'8".
Slaughtered by .08 seconds. Like just destroyed the record. Even with that false start lol
keep in mind they still use manual stopwatches
James Allen there’s always people like you who will have something bad to say no matter what
@@joemarron9079 he is one of my favorite strongmen. I just like being sarcastic. It was by no means slaughtered. There will however always be someone like you that likes to argue instead of joke around. Try lightening up a little and stop being a judgmental prick.
James Allen not judgemental u just didn’t need to put it like that, no need to be aggressive.
James Allen and I agree with the first part u said
Don't know which one I enjoy more. Tom killing it or Luke cheering him on.
The stones vary in weight and the platforms vary year to year. Weird that somehow a baseline record could actually be a thing.
considering how important the glue ( i dont know exactly what they put on their forearms) is in stones, even the room temperature should be quite important for that event.
And if you consider that every different deadlift height has different records it should be obvious stones should too. But deadlift is ofc way more common
That's why there are different records for each weight of stone run this is both the lighter one up 180 and thor has up to 200 and now Tom has wsm which is 6 stones to 210
the stoltmans' new home gym, cold water therapy and brotherly dedication will see tom be WSM sometime soon, im almost 100 percent on that. BRING IT HOME BOYS!
couldnt be set by a nicer lad, well in Tom
i love tom and his autism , it will for sure make him the strongest man we have ever seen ! he has no limit , if he fails his drive to train to accomplish his goal is beyond this world
I just found out about him and I'm curious what you mean by his autism lol, is he autistic?
Autism??? What autism? Tom is not autistic
@@rock07879 then i suggest u see his brothers interview talking about toms autism .
@@rock07879 yes he is
@@rock07879 Tom is autistic he has been very very vocal about his autism
Tom literally bench presses stones to put them in place lol.
The red, white and blue Albatross ... leads the world
I'm sorry boys but Kieliszkowski is still faster... you can clearly see Tom starting to run a half or full second before the whistle, and if he is beating Kieliszkowski with only 8/100 of a second then he's not really faster...
Maybe not a full second but half for sure. On many competitions differences are very small yet I still see judges using timers it's ridiculous. Athletes are geting better and better and begin to specialize in certain areas organizers should improve their measurements and the rules should be very clear. Same with deadlifts half reps etc. There is so much money on the line they should be more professional.
Tom did go on the whistle I was there
Would've loved to have seen Tom go head to head with Thor in the stones and both of them going all out. Sad that never happened.
@Rob G Thor did beat him at WSM 2019 by like 7 seconds so I don’t think it’s that simple.
@@arturm2eots 2019 Tom is completely different to 2020 tom he is the most improved on the whole circuit
@@zorros_bankai9699 Thor did the heavy set of stones in 17 seconds at Europes 2019. No one including Tom has got close to that.
The way he just walks away from the 5th stone like he’s just got back home from the shop 😂
Big Tom is already a legend in the game
Going to smash a few titles by the time he's done I bet
Like so many others Mateusz Kieliszkowski would have to be 1 of the best atm not to have won WSM
다윗이 저런모습이 아니였을까. 신과 대적하던 괴력의 인간이.반신의 몸으로 괴력과 신의 힘으로 .
Looking at this and thinking of Brian shaw just before last event of WSM 2021… i hope Brian gets it… but this is Toms event these days
Big names in that world now and its really nice to see 2 real down to earth guys achieve what they have so young 😉👊
future worlds strongest man for sure
MARTIIIINNNSSSSS
2:38 You can see it was a clear falstart?
idk I think it may have been a synchronisation probleme because the footage at the beginning of the video 0:00 shows a good start.
BS on the 16.09. MK didn’t take his hands off the last stone until 16.89 seconds or even later. @0:51
Toms only young he’s not even in he’s prime yet….. he’s won wms twice now and not even 30 years of age lol
My biggest flex is I have someone in my class called indi and her uncle is Tom stoltman
F me Tom is a monster off a guy ain’t he bulid like a tank and what 6 feet 8 ain’t he 💪
Not to be negative but am i the only one who get's irritated by the "AWAY WE GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO"
You only have a hope if you can do the "one movement" stone placement, even with the heaviest stone
Is the commentator Neil Pickup
Brilliant. Also very nice that a scotsman holds that crown . Congratulations.
Vaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Vaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Vaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Whats a funny keilec man from Poland more faster
1:56 dig at Thor there ha ha
Think we need to make the stones heavier??
What is the diameter of the stone?
Tom stolman stone King 🤴 no one match him time
The mans a beast 💪🏻
Maybe an natural stone set next time? Thor got 25 sec with 5 stones (140 to 170 kg) in WSM 2012, can Tom beat him? There is only one way to find out
Pudzianowski WSM lasy stone 180kilos... 20s
I counted 15.5 seconds
More like Tom "Stoneman" 😉 Amazing lift!!!
Stoltman started way earlier ......
Wow q fuertes muchachos
This is Fake!
Tom’s atlas stones were clearly just helium balloons with special rock like paint on them 😂
😂
Not even Hafthor Ba-jornson
Like pebbles dude! Nice!!!
Tom has more to come
how heavy are the stones ?

Awesome.
Next I wanna see tom slotman dung a basket ball sized atlas stone
“ I am HERCULES “!!! 😁😃💪
Depende también de la estatura ya que si es pequeño lo tiene que levantar más alto
Україна оппісяла всіх))
Don't know about anyone else but pretty sure he did it in under 16 seconds, but then I'm not sure if the stone has to be in the hole, or actually stationary? If it just has to be up there, he did it in 15.58 if you pause the video.
His hand must leave the stone for the timer to stop. If he is still touching the stone even when it’s on the platform the timer will carry on
This video is older then this , i have seen this one before....
its 2017 competition u liar, Mateusz Kieliszkowski have 27 years old right now, in film he had 24 , unlike
Tom was in 2020
how much does the heaviest stone weigh?
Bet you Tom needed a jobby
I was stoned watching this
What happened to covid?
If you don't know, now you know.

Tom stoneman
Toms run was at 15.something for the stones check ✔️ the time
Looks like they stop the time when his hands stop touching the stone.

No holds barred.
I'm from Nairn and a proud Scottish Highlander.
All the best to the No.2 in the World. Manhood Stones.
Did he not kind of start before the whistle though?
No
@@fanfeck2844 He did. 2:39 at least half a second before the whistle
Just a sound issue, at 0:00 he goes on the whistle
Not possible with out gear , so should we be recording these so called times. Just an opinion. I've taken gear years ago but looking back my personal bests are not relevant because I cheated.
This is why I personally don't do PEDs as I regard it as cheating and not interested in claiming a lift unless I did it using natural muscle only.
