You can just put the resolution in your graphics drive instead of rust

Thank you man :) Basically stretched makes everything wider, including enemies, which makes it easy to hit them, especially in colse range combat. You lose fov but because rust has alt looking, it really doesn't matter. Also it makes your horizontal sens higher. And I just find so looks of it wayyyy nicer than native, but that's something most people wouldn't agree with

You probably know this or maybe it doesnt help but if you are using obs im pretty sure you can output the recorded footage back to native res, if that is something you even want to do :)

Hey Brite good video but I got a question question. I know you play 1280x1080 and so do I. But the problem is your stretched looks more stretched than mine. Like way more stretched. Is this because of how you rendered the video or something. Also what are the step by step explanation of how you apply the res. Thank you!
How the video is rendered, is the same as how I see it playing. I use a custom res in my graphics driver, applying it to my monitor, that will make it show up in rust settings aswell

@@Mehx2It wasn't meant like that, there is a loss of quality but due to that I get better performance. I do know that a lot of people don't like stretched but I personally think it loons way better, that's just preference in the end. We will see if I will continue using it or not
