I just got saved myself. I never thought I could feel the way I do now. My whole entire life has been hell and it made it impossible for me to have faith that heaven was real. I just got out of prison in January and before I got out I assure you I was not a Christian. It wasn't until I met the people that I met in the program that I'm in and was taken to church that I started song God's glory and work in progress. I got saved and God continues to bless me each and every day. Hallelujah ! My chains are gone because my lord and savior is a chain breaker. ❤

Yesterday, I was involved in a car accident due to a natural cause(landslide). Our car was damaged badly but God kept us safe from all the harm and none of us were injured. I can't express how thankful I am. God saves and God bless.

my mom passed away 5 years ago , she left my dad with 4 children , me and my brothers. People always ask my dad to get married again, but my dad refused. He takes care of us,his children, with Jesus' help. I thanked Jesus for giving me a daddy like him. I love him so much. And nobody can change him. I'll follow Jesus till the rest of my life.

Over 20 years ago, I was pregnant with Ana and with a muslin background. I went to a church revival with my in laws for the potluck and I didn’t want to stay home. During worship they played this song, I couldn’t stop crying; I didn’t understand then that the Holy Spirit had touched my life. I was baptized 20 years ago this past August. The best Decision I ever made! Praise the Lord Jesus.

My dad died on February 23, 2024 from complications of Parkinson's disease. This was one of his favorite songs and I'm crying my eyes out listening to this cause it not only reminds me of him but also when the song says "my chains are gone, I've been set free". It reminds me that his chains from the Parkinson's disease are gone.

My dad has two types of cancer, he has gone through chemo, radiotherapy and I know he is tired of the treatment he has taken, but for some reason I know that God is in control of his life and gives him the strength to move forward. He has had a surgery recently and everything went well. I have seen the power of God in my father's life and mine and I know he has control over our lives. God bless you all.
My mom and dad passed away due to cancer a few years ago. It still hits me and I just went through cancer and in remission and wished they were still here. This was my mom’s favorite song. So every time I hear it I cry. I praise my husband for being there for me during all of this difficult time I went through. God is awesome and I will always praise him.

My mom passed away this year in March 2023 and I couldn't get her out of my mind until I fully surrendered to the Holy Spirit and asked the Holy Spirit to minister to my spirit and soul which he did and now it's ok. I still think of her but not like before coz I now know. I have to get on with my life and move into my new season the Lord has prepared for me. Pray that the Holy Spirit ministers to you too. Amen

I played this song twice today because a week ago Jesus delivered me from the last two bad habits in my life that have been plaguing me for years I will lift up the name of Jesus forever.
My Grandmother died a few weeks ago she died 12 years after my Grandfather (her husband). She passed two days before his death anniversary. They had 10 children together. My Grandfather has cancer and was on life support but he waited for me to be born. They both sung/said this every night together and my Grandmother continued after he passed. This was both there favourite song. And I was named after it. Just before he passed away. He sung this song to me.

This song touched my heart. I think it's one of those unique songs. Every time I heard it, my heart was very sad, and if I have sinned without knowing it, I cry while praying for repentance. This song is very special to me, it was played during my brother's funeral he died last 2015 of april in motorcycle accident. 48 years old with 7 kids and a wife. every time this music is playing on k-love when I'm driving I always go some place to find a parking lot so I can close my eyes and listen to the song. Five years ago when my Grandmother passed this song was playing and I remember what seemed to be a gush of air when my cousins said she is gone. Now five years later I need a hero, I know God is all, but my Grandmother was the instrument Jesus used to help guide me and help me when no one else would. I know her chains are gone from COPD. Now I feel I have the sickness unto death as doctors cannot tell me what is causing me to break out in chronic hives. I believe God is letting me live long enough to take the chain away concerning my nephew who is more like a child to me.
About a week ago I was leaving the Carthage Jail in Illinois while driving for a Mormon group of teens. We had just received a warning that a funnel cloud had been sighted around the Nauvoo area and that it was about to get nasty. We got caught by a derecho and it nearly pulled the coach I was driving into a ditch that would surely proven our deaths but I started praying as hard as I have in many years. I swear on the Cross that the wind that was just trying to grab us suddenly vanished. It was as if we were driving in a bubble of calm air. I could see evidence of the wind only inches away from my windshield but we didn't feel any of it. There was sheeting rain but I always had enough visible road to drive confidently. There is no doubt in my mind that God sent an angel to protect us from what would have been the end of almost 60 lives that day. Remember that He does answer prayer and keep in mind what Christ said: If you have faith as a mustard seed then you can move mountains. I didn't quite understand that until that day but I can definitely say that I do now. I have that faith that He will not forsake His children when we cry out to Him in our times of need and that He delights in proving His power to the world.

I've been raised a Christian my own life up until my mom got diagnosed with cancer. I tried to have the faith that my mom raise me to have but I lost the faith my mom passed away. 4 years later I feel the strong urge to be baptized, along side with my daughter.

My husband passed away from cancer, he was only 45, I was left with having to raise 2 teenagers by myself. I had been a stay at home mom for 14 years and had to get back out in the work force, but I was not alone, it was my faith in God that got me through, He promised to take care of the widows and the fatherless and He did, that was 15 years ago. I have now remarried and my kids are the greatest. God is always there for us, we just have to trust Him.

I don't know why I cried like crazy. Not tears of sadness only, but also joy. I dunno how I could go through hard times in a life of ordinary student in anpther country with a chronic disease without His blessing. Infinitely I rebelled also against His will. But He called me ever again and again to return. And I am quite amazed that such a person is able to nearly finish his study. I can only say thanks to Him. Your grace is really amazing that I can still live.

I lost my Aunt 9 years ago due to colon and liver cancer. I miss her so much. She was my best friend. This was her favorite song.
When my day comes and I passed away. This is the only song I really wish my kids would play this one. And my church family to. This song has been a wonderful blessing to me. I remember when I almost passed away and this was the song that hit my heart. I pray for everyone and I hope everyone is safe and healthy. May God be with everyone. God’s love and Grace is so amazing.
