Bhai 14 days work is only MD's of ONGC for rest other's it is 28 days on and 28 days off and 12 hours of duty every day for all 28 days and if someone is working on platform then they have to work for 3 months.

Both the Job are Great.You may choose as per your convenience. But I would suggest Indian Railways for better work life balance...rest is up to you.

We cannot say ki Risk nahi hai...But ONGC is able to manage it very well. Employee's saftey is the first priority of ONGC.
