Miko can dish out a lot damage and actually takes 600 fragments for SSS. You really need to practice though in order to maximize her attack to which I seriously suggest you do main her since you are so close to SS. Memento is actually extremely p2w despite the fact she is farmable in the OW, she still needs her special weapon and the correct stigmata build to maximize her (Don't aim for Nohime). Memento also loses ground into future content because some content restraints the abusive OP-ness of elemental damage to which Memento cannot capitalize on. Therefore, just practice Miko intensely for now and you'll soon find that Miko's crit and damage burst from her brands are super strong and can clear some abyss stages really fast. You even got the Void Blade and Attila Bot stig to compliment it too.
manuel coronado i got her too and i finally got a full sez to begin with her. Attila set. You can buy them with honkai pieces (i believe, they are pink cubes) in the shop. 2 of them costs 60 and the bottom one 100 . with some time you can get them easy. I chose that because it delivers good crit damage and amazing crit rate when equipped all 3. Fyi, im currently at lvl 42 :) (I hope you mentioned the A-rank yae sakura, with the blade back skill ;-;)
Memento isn't that good if you don't have her sword and her ice stigma.....she need to fill her energy gauge to display her burst attack and doing that in abyss without her sword really a pain for sure. So, even you pulled memento successfully, there still her sword that you need to pull too.....she really a crystal eater.
Schro T and Shake B easily outdamage the Nouhime set, and you don't have to go through the trouble of assembling an entire set. Plus, they've also already been available in focused supplies (idr if Shake was a banner though). But yeah those two + popsicle are still 3 specific gacha equips to dig up. Then there's Bikini Mei I guess

Money.....and people love to show their Valkyrie with full gear too. You can find a plenty clip that show OP damage that their valk. done , Of course, They won't tell you how much they spent on it. Another legit reason is they got advantage in Abyss and Memorial Arena (Of course, not worth when thinking about gain & loss.) Right now, you are guarantee to get S rank Valkyrie after pulled 100 gacha but there is no guarantee for weapon and stigma. It endless money black hole unless you 're truly a luck one that love by Ai-Chan. Otherwise she gonna suck your money dry :D
not feeling pity. you got A rank valks like every 5 pulls instead of every 10 it seems. pretty lucky imo. They were all good ones too (all probably better long term than memento to boot).
Don't worry! Miko is like the best burst damage you can ever get for creature type right now. And even better, you can get easy 4* (upgradable to 5*) stigma set for her from Open World without gacha stigma. I'd say invest on her! You will need her also for lv 27 openworld urgent-mission boss. And for Memento... she's farmable (but slowly) and you will mostly spend dozen of crystal trying to get her weapon (Ice Epiphyllum) if you even get her.. so don't feel too bad! I feel ya, that DP pull curse xD

I first came upon your videos when looking for King's Raid stuff, but I've been looking into other mobile games, so I've been watching your MSL and Honkai Impact videos too. Your videos are great! You mentioned in one of your later MSL videos about the "layers and layers of RNG" in the game, and I wonder how Honkai Impact compares, with the gacha for characters, weapons, pulls, and anything else I'm missing. A big reason why I like KR is because unlike most other games there is a way to select the character/weapon you want as long as you're patient enough, but I also heard Honkai Impact is one of the best/most F2P-friendly mobile games out there. Thoughts? Keep up the good work!
@Mogawty i know it's been about half a year, but this time there were Celestial Hymn and Flame Sakitama from november 22nd to 26th, and Imayoh Ritual and Goushinnso Memento from 26th to 30th. im new, but i already knew i had to save up the real money currency. so i've been saving up crystals ever since i started playing, and ended up with some 9k+. since i was going for Goushinnso Memento too (and if possible, Imayoh Ritual as well), i patiently waited out the first two. would be nice to get Flame Sakitama as well, but i had my mind set on the more important prize. had enough for 3x 10 rolls, so on the 1st day i did just that. 1st pack gave me Imayoh Ritual, second had a Valkyrie Triumph (wasn't aiming for her, but ok). in the 3rd pack however... there she was. Goushinnso Memento. so tell me, were you successful since then?

Miko is the cheapest boss option. Memento usefulness was limited in patch 2.3. Also i got both the sakuras but investing in miko is better for the long run.and miko is f2p unlike memento who needs top tier stigmas to run op. Btw miko can be rly good with s rank and 3 star stigmas. Also you have yam armor so you can use her leadership for miko crit

once memorial is released, u will need multiple boss killing teams along with their equipment so levelling miko will pay off later even if u dont like her, shes a strong boss killer
Void blade works with Miko, her ultimate make a LOT of damage and you can use Elizabeth Bathory on Miko or Atila set. Now you have S rank Yamabuki her perfect set Is Top Elizabeth Bathory, middle Charlemagne and bottom Rowland
Started honkai earlier this week, saved all my Crystal's and did 10 single pulls. 9th pull no Miko or memento and I'd given up...pull #10 and I got memento. Was totally floored and in shock ^^

Honestly the gems would have been better spent on Focused for specific weaps & stigs that you're needing, unless you're just in love with Meme. Her frags are a really slow farm, which means even more gems to pull her again and again if you want to get her to S and beyond.
RNG gods are a fickle lot. Screwed up my first batch and did standard by accident. Ended up scraping what I could getting doing a drop or two a day and got Momento on the fourth day. XD
I know i said earlier that memento was god, but gyakushinn is monstrous too. You have void blade, which would add tons of crit to her attacks. Just learn her combos and you got yourself a crit god. The difference of the two sakuras is that mementos depends on elemental damage, which ignores enemy defence but DO NOT CRIT, while gyakushinn is base on crits. I know a friend who got memento on his 18th pull. But only got her signature wep, ice epy, on his 33rd. Anyway, happy farming on that SS, mine's still on S, 186pcs to go.(*´∇｀*)
I use them differently base on combo mechanics and character advantages. I use sakura when i need burst damage and moment invincibility. Then i use sd when im againt quick moving or teleporting enemies.
The benefit of elemental damage is that it ignores defense, but even though it can't crit the positive overwhelmingly outweighs the negative as abyss temps rise and defense becomes extremely high, pure physical dps valks start to become useless unless you have either Anthem Theresa or something like Dimensional Break + Mjolnir Ranger, for lockdown and impair However apparently some later change to elemental damage mechanics slightly nerfed Memento but still a top tier burst dps
Don't worry miko is actually very good since you already have her close to ss, and have void blade you're gonna be dealing top tier damage. Also the reason why memento is op because she deals elemental attack which ignores defense and is useful in infinity abyss where enemies have super high defense and health, but even if you do get her she "sucks" without her gatcha weps and stigmatas she is a p2w type character.
i got memento on one multi :D but on a serious note, in order for her to shine, u even need to have her "unique weapon", so ugh if u're planning on using memento then prepare for more salt for her upcoming weapon gacha
I am using miko sakura S rank after doing pulls similar to you I use her sakura blossom katana also and she is really good but I do feel your pain not getting the natural S rank though :D

If u want to know pure salt, go JP version, there is no 10x gurantee, but still... it hurts to see

I got Memento on my first box. Now I can see the struggles people go through to get her wow.
I know i said earlier that memento was god, but gyakushinn is monstrous too. You have void blade, which would add tons of crit to her attacks.
Just learn her combos and you got yourself a crit god.
The difference of the two sakuras is that mementos depends on elemental damage, which ignores enemy defence but DO NOT CRIT, while gyakushinn is base on crits. I know a friend who got memento on his 18th pull. But only got her signature wep, ice epy, on his 33rd.
Anyway, happy farming on that SS, mine's still on S, 186pcs to go.(*´∇｀*)
How is she comparable to an SD? What weapons and stigmata's do you use? Void or Lightning soul?
Asuna Yuuki SD is essential for coop and boss stage, on SS rank her dps is really high even without void blade. She is the literal ass kicker

I use them differently base on combo mechanics and character advantages. I use sakura when i need burst damage and moment invincibility. Then i use sd when im againt quick moving or teleporting enemies.
The benefit of elemental damage is that it ignores defense, but even though it can't crit the positive overwhelmingly outweighs the negative as abyss temps rise and defense becomes extremely high, pure physical dps valks start to become useless unless you have either Anthem Theresa or something like Dimensional Break + Mjolnir Ranger, for lockdown and impair
However apparently some later change to elemental damage mechanics slightly nerfed Memento but still a top tier burst dps

Don't worry miko is actually very good since you already have her close to ss, and have void blade you're gonna be dealing top tier damage. Also the reason why memento is op because she deals elemental attack which ignores defense and is useful in infinity abyss where enemies have super high defense and health, but even if you do get her she "sucks" without her gatcha weps and stigmatas she is a p2w type character.
Also all the s ranks will be farmable in the future.
i got memento on one multi :D but on a serious note, in order for her to shine, u even need to have her "unique weapon", so ugh if u're planning on using memento then prepare for more salt for her upcoming weapon gacha
Nhat Minh she is op with her stig&weapon set but she is still over average alone like other base Sranks

I am using miko sakura S rank after doing pulls similar to you I use her sakura blossom katana also and she is really good but I do feel your pain not getting the natural S rank though :D
