Is that cafeteria only for artist and trainees or does it include the staffs? All the people working for JYPE? And is it free for all of them? They all don't need to pay for the food?

[edit: fuck the company] I can’t say that JYP is an amazing company cause they have flaws too. But out of all the others even if it’s earning less than other companies. They spend their profits on their artist welfare, the rules he makes are reasonable and at the best interest of his artists. Some has even said that he made them whether trainee or not to go to counselling so their mental state too is healthy. He acknowledges that not only does physical health matter, mental health matters to. He encourages his artists to try not to date unless they are 100% genuine about each other’s feelings and both reputations won’t get affected or their work does not get affected. He wanted to have a 5 year dating ban but he decided to change it to 3 cause he knew that if he had 5 the artists are more prone to keep it a secret and still date anyways. He makes sure each member in the group is prepared to debut and when they do he promotes them well, not the best but he has one management team for each group in his label. If he feels that a member is not as good he makes sure he gives more opportunities to them to improve. I’m SKZ survival show people were mad at him for eliminating Felix and Minho. But Minho was a very quiet and timid person on the show and he lacked confidence sometimes. So I think JYP eliminates him so he could spend more time practising than having to be on the show and put up a front. For Felix he was struggling a lot with korean and that would be a problem if they debuted so JYP made sure he also had more time to improve his korean, even despite his skills being really developed. I think JYP already had the decision to bring them back and it was more or a benefit for the entire band. With DAY6 even though they don’t do stages most of the time, in the new building they upgraded their room to one with better sound quality and try his best to give them their own freedom to make music. Because he was once in the industry he understands the hardships that every artist goes through. He does not impose diets for them but advises them to eat healthy and watch their weight because as idols he knows they would get judged a lot for their weight. He spends a lot on his artist even though they don’t get huge forms or stuff like that he tries his best to help his artists and keep the rpomisises he made to the parents. Unlike some companies like *cough*cough* YG they care more about the image of the entire company, trying to invest more, acting like he cares about his artists but not even knowing about so many things that go on. It’s quite hilarious that despite it being a big company he wouldn’t have helped his artists because they are in need but are helping them so they can shut up about certain topics.

어떻게 보면 그저 밥을 주는 것만으로도 충분할텐데 좀 더 비용을 써서 유기농을 쓰고 이 식당을 매체들 통해 잘 흘림으로서 상당히 영리하게 마케팅을 하고 있네ㅎㅎ 중요한 영업 중 하나가 미성년자인 예비 연습생들의 부모를 설득하는 일일텐데 이런 부분들이 유명해지면 여타 경쟁사들로부터 더 나은 인재를 영입하는 경쟁의 승률이 오를듯
우리나라 유기농 자체 진짜가 잘 없습니다.ㅠ 다만 저렇게 신경을 쓰는 박진영이 대단한거죠~ 유기농 먹기이전에 인스턴트만 끊고 자연 한식 위주로만 식사해도 진짜 건강해짐~ 물2리터. 운동 필수! 가끔 인스턴트까지는 괜찮음. 그러나 인스턴트식품(가공식품포함)이 생각보다 진짜 많음.ㅠㅠ

어떻게 보면 그저 밥을 주는 것만으로도 충분할텐데 좀 더 비용을 써서 유기농을 쓰고 이 식당을 매체들 통해 잘 흘림으로서 상당히 영리하게 마케팅을 하고 있네ㅎㅎ 중요한 영업 중 하나가 미성년자인 예비 연습생들의 부모를 설득하는 일일텐데 이런 부분들이 유명해지면 여타 경쟁사들로부터 더 나은 인재를 영입하는 경쟁의 승률이 오를듯
저런회사에 저런대표가있으면 주말에도 몃번정도는 일해주고싶다 ㅋㅋㅋ

머 쓸데없는 오지랖인데 농사지어보신분은 아시겟지만 무농약 농사 지어보면 농작물이 생육내내 곰팡이에 시달립니다, 곰팡이의 가장큰문제는 곰팡이 자체보다 거기에서 생기는 독성물질입니다 ,
유통 과정에서도 곰팡이에 오염이 많이 되는데요 끓이거나 조리해도 독소는 사라지지 않습니다 , 실제 몇년전 유럽에서 간질환이 급격히 늘어나서 역학조사를 했더니 유기농제품이 원인으로 지목되곤했습니다 , 농약은 수확전 일정기간전에는 사용을 안해서 어느정도 많이 감소를 하는데 곰팡이 독소는 그런게 없어서요 , 아뭏든 집안에 간질환 내력이 있다면 유기농은 과다섭취 안하는게 좋습니다 .,
그리고 msg 는 천연다시마에도 많이 들어있는성분으로 생각과 다르게 해로운물질은 아니예요 , 박사장님 이상한데 잘꽂히시는분이라 거를건 거르고 들으세요 사람몸은 거대한 화학공장인데 이걸 너무 간과들 하시더라구요 , 그냥 맘편하게 먹고싶은거 먹고 운동하는게 가장좋은 것 같습니다.,
우리나라 유기농 자체 진짜가 잘 없습니다.ㅠ
다만 저렇게 신경을 쓰는 박진영이 대단한거죠~
유기농 먹기이전에 인스턴트만 끊고 자연 한식 위주로만 식사해도 진짜 건강해짐~
