As you can see, just because a guy was in a particular unit doesn’t mean he knows how to explain or describe them or even know much about them.

Saying you will get hate for the m4. I actually have had mp5 and AR platforms. But in cqb and modern day. The mp5 & mp7 so many times you go to step out of the house and your out of luck the m4 will cover 500yards Easy. But 300 for sure. Btw HRT is a tier 1 unit. They are the other piece. Delta/devgru/hrt/ranger recon that has attended OTC / then retired usaf. For example. Jessica B. Hostage rescue some hrt went also just to get experience. They’ve been on multiple operations over seas with delta / devgru.

How does HRT compare to Tier 2 military Special operations units? Such as Air Force combat controllers, PJs, MARSOC, Rangers, etc.
    Thank you for the video

If you're comparing them that way then yes, HRT is on the same level or higher than the units you listed. Each organization has their own mission with specialized training that focuses on the skills they require so it would be unfair to compare them. It's safe to say that the FBI's HRT members are highly trained and very good at what they do. They also work with different special operations units overseas on certain missions.

HRT they use to shoot 900 rounds per week or over 5 days during a week as a requirement. I’m sure they still maintain that. The swat is not a precise unit. It’s basically the same people with special weapons meaning not a hand gun. It’s sorta goofy because the weapons are not special. Other than flash bangs and door charges or something.
