I think you did your math wrong, it's final coordinate minus initial coord. So you traveled -689 - 41 = -730 blocks or 730 blocks in the negative direction. You traveled an extra 82 blocks! Furnace minecart OP

Nope you're right it's not a mod. unfortunately Furnace minecarts only exist in the java and legacy console editions (xbox 360/PS3 edition)

@@ZUnknownFox I have a 8 year old minecraft world on a ps4 and i used furnace minecarts for all the time. Then i lost the world and found it accidentally this year and I was shocked to see them gone…
