excellent video .. this theory Sir believe me ..have been explaining every month .means har machine to.my father from.last complete 9 year's and he is unable to understand ... he feels he is getting younger every year.. have told explained to generate cash out of assets and invest 50% in banks post others Monthly income schemes in their names and rest reinvest in property or do such an investment which will be generate cash and will be help ful for both the generations ..for a better quality of life .. and with more monthly income and saving we can definitely generate more wealth ..After all We all get is Only 1 Life .. bottom.line to understand
