Day 28 - Cascade Female Factory/Cascade Brewery/Santa Photo/Kangaroo Bluff Historic Site

Hi Guys,
Welcome back to our Channel. A shorter video this week.
We start off hitting the shops to find their local Santa Claus, we grab a Boost and then head off to explore Kangaroo Bluff Historic Site. Kangaroo Bluff Battery was built in the late 1800s to prevent enemy vessels attacking Hobart. It now a great spot to explore with views over the River Derwent, Mount Wellington and Hobart. Explore the place with kids and it quickly becomes a zombie hideout!
In the afternoon we explore the Cascade Female Factory. This is where the female convicts spent their time. Although this place should be compared to to Port Arthur, The Female Factory certainly doesn't have the same charm as Port Arthur as nearly all of the buildings have been demolished. We did their audio tour and you should take the time to read about some of the stories of the female convicts! We just loving looking into Australia's past!
From there we take a quick look at the Cascade Brewery.
