That bird is an Ibis, usually found in it's native environment of wetlands or more commonly in rubbish bins hence their other name of the 'Bin Chicken'.

There actually is a way to get the ball to the end in that first image. If you look on the left of the image, you can see a path that goes past the edge of the photo and down. And that house at 33:33 is something somebody would make in The Sims
I suspect that the photos of the bathroom/dining room are meant to just be used by a single person, because I find it hard to believe that more than one person would enjoy living in a shithole like that.
Few years back I was in a vacation bungalow where they made it so that when you turned the ventilation on to pump the shower steam out of the bathroom when you were showering it all went into the toilet, so when someone was in the shower someone else couldn't use the toilet because of the sheer wall of moist air they'd run into.

I think the flamingo like bird is an Egret. But I might be wrong about that. Some kind of swamp or shore bird that use the beak to hunt fish and crustaceans.
