I am a Nigerian , a Muslim . This Wardi song makes me cry every time i hear it . Because that was what used to wake me up every morning when i was young in 80s . That time the world was a perfectly peaceful place .
Timeless tunes and just majestic voice I am an Oromo who grew up listening to these songs and I still listen to them. Mohammed Wardii is one of the greatest musical geniuses Africa ever produced. He passed on but left is with wealth of his lyrics and beautiful voice so we can keep him in our hearts. May Allah grant you jannah and have mercy on your soul.
