Hi Dave I got the Arduino files from here ua-cam.com/video/b6hIwKizy8U/v-deo.html The bezels and other parts I had already, so couldn’t say where I got them from originally, I’ve had then for a couple of years. The LED’s are flat headed ones, again I have lots of these in my stash. If anyone was interested I have a few spare, so could put together the parts I have including the Arduino board for anyone wanting to do the same thing. I’ve got enough for a couple of builds only, so let me know and I could put something together. Regards Mark
Well done. I'm working on my build. How did you make the main body openable? Is it just a friction fit? Did you find a way for a mechanical latch? I'm not sure what to do here. Friction fit seems tenuous.
I’ve redesigned the Thermal Detonator so all the electronics are in the top section of the dome and to make it easier to remove the bottom just to recharge it. Hi Darren The board is a Arduino mini pro, these are readily available in many places. I got mine from Amazon. You will need a FT232RL usb to program it. If you are using the Oubliettes thermal detonator print as me, you need to use SS-5GLD2 Microswitch SNAP ACTION with lever SPDT 5A/125VAC ON-(ON) OMRON OCB. Any switch you can use for breadboard testing purposes.
