I had the privilege of working with Tom and Ivan from 1996 through 1999. I learned SO MUCH from them both. Ivan especially... he took a liking to me and really took me under his wing. The most salient lesson I learned from him was "It doesn't have to be beautiful, it just needs to BE MEMORABLE." I have never forgotten that, and think about that every day I design,
