Long explanation:
The choreo is made by Kirsten Dodgen (if you don’t know her, she’s from the famous dance crew royal family and now has her own group called Jam Republic who participated in Street Woman Fighter S2 and became second place)
It just my assumption as we saw the lover card at the end of credits
Minghao - The Heart
Hoshi - The Wings
Dino - The Arrow
Jun - The Apollo
= The Cupid (throw this spell)
the story line of spell is a mix of the 4 archangels story and apollo (greek myth) story. here the "main" keywords in this tarot are: the lovers cards and the sun/apollo card
1. feather wings in the lovers cards, implies the story of 4 main archangels, each representing 4 elements. this is the pepo unit representing 4 elements.
• dino as uriel earth)
• hoshi as raphael (air)
• jun as gabriel (water)
• the8 as michael (fire)
dino and thes conquer the land hoshi and jun conquer the sea this all because of their elements
ppu as angels, basically telling the love they have is so big and strong they will "protect" their love at all cost

this where the "spell" happens. card numbered as "O", "spell" is written there the heart/love turns into "apollo". a love that gives light and warmth, yet can burn you. a love like the sun
4. here (besides the actual myths) the mv saying that loving someone can be beautiful. the love in fire like the sun could lighten up your days, melt the "ice" inside you, and flowers bloom in your heart or burn you. broke your wings. like the icarus flying too close to the sun (hoshi only have one wing left in some mv parts, besides the last part)
of course the icarus symbolism doesn't come suddenly.
they made "icarus jeonghan" during hot era and the correlation to the sun so THIS IS SVT UNIVERSE
But, "adila kia akia shurapoe" is a language seventeen made up & carats believe it's a call-back to a previous svt performance unit song called "i don't understand but i love you", the song being inspired by what a carat commented on their live once. Hoshi was really touched by that fan's comment and how their love runs so deep that language isn't a barrier at all.
Spell could be a (very sexy) call back to / continuation of that song saying "we might not understand each other's language, so we'll create our own" this is what i also interpret somehow haha
