Beautiful video of your trip back home. It was great to see some of the passes and conditions of such a passage. It's wonderful to see the very special Gougeon 32 in action, I thank you for that. Meade and his brother are indeed sorely missed.
Looks like you both had a wonderful passage back home. Seeing how the amazing G32 was able to make way (sans moteur) during the flood/ebb slack tides in the narrow channels made me pause to think how difficult it would be in some of the lower performance boats that made it to Ketchikan. I too was saddened at Meade Gougeon's passing. Nice gesture of you to dedicate this to him. Keep on posting these videos of your adventures - it provides me a lot of motivation to get through the medical issues that have me sidelined on the bench and unable to build and sail right now. I'd love to have you continue to document the ongoing refinement of the G32 and it's systems - the capsize recovery strategy with shroud release and backstay recovery, as well as the ballast tank fill/drain plumbing and valves are still a bit of .a mystery to me. Thanks & best wishes to you both. Bill
Wow!! Awesome sailing experience through some amazing waterways. I have admired from afar (Oz) the ingenuity of the G32 design cat, your modifications, new mast etc seem to improve on what already appeared to be a very decent design. If ever one came up for sale in OZ which I even doubt there is one here I would be very interested.

Great job on the video, and of course on the R2Ak. And the G32 - sheer genius. Love that boat.
