No, since mods are item swaps, they only see the items that the mods replace. The only mods they will be able to see are items or trees placed in the water or on cliffs. But again, only the original items and not the mods!
This makes me want one 100% but my big brother doesn’t let me use his switch which is a normal switch with joy con but he has a island on it so can’t mod that thing and I don’t celebrate Christmas so no switch for me and parents wouldn’t 100% get me one
