Excellent Video. Going through this process now. Mine didn’t perc because he had trouble getting through the fill. He had the same tool in this video. I’m going out tomorrow with a gas posthole digger to help him get past the fill. Fingers crossed 🤞🏽. I sure don’t feel like spending 40k for an engineered septic 😮💨
Thank you for your great video! I didn't even notice the music in the background because I paid attention to what the guy was saying and the questions you were asking which were brilliant I'd simply like to know what state this is in? I have land in Klamath county Oregon and need to dig 3 test holes so so they can come out and test to tell me which kind Of septic I need. Hope it's not the most expensive one! However... I wonder if it's the same in every state? Well Thank you for this great video seriously :) Shalom
Is it 2 ft from the ground surface or 2ft from the depth of the leaching pipe? If 2ft from the pipe, what is the total depth from seasonal water table to the ground surface? I thought 8 inches was the min to seasonal water table?
Loved that he used a simple tool and not a backhoe.
Yes they all use these because you have to get samples every few inches
You sir have no idea what you are talking about >>

How did it go?
The background music makes it more difficult to hear the techician.
Great video. I absolutely enjoyed my fellow EHS he's a wealth of information.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARINNG!🗣‼️WOW!! 🙏🏽👍🏾🥰❤❤, PEACE AND BLESSINGS 🙌🏾.
Great video and educational. So you can clear your land before testing?
Very interesting.

I am curious what his fee is for conducting the soil profile test.
Great video, thanks for sharing
You're welcome!
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it!
What is the name of the tool the inspector is using?
Hand auger
Where is your land located at Alabama
The music in the background is not necessary. Difficult to hear the expert's explanations.
You could hear better without the music
Thank you I apologize
I was paying attention to the guy talking and the questions asked I didn't even recognize the music in the background
I can’t say that I understand what’s really going on. I do see the change in the color of the dirt slightly
He is basically digging down until he reaches where the water table begins. The soil changes when it's in constant contact with water
What state is this in
Judging the trees south .. Florida Louisiana Alabama
Why the music?
Our county made us dig our own holes...
You have to be certified or work for a company that is to do it here.
Here they make you dig 4 holes 75 feet apart and then they charge you 800 dollars to pour water in them and record how fast it drains.
Can’t hear a word he says.. Nice music though.. It’s like being on hold.
What’s with the music? Am I hallucinating?
What a stupid test for a septic tank . Man some states are so far of the mark .Even for a septic system this test is way off the mark .
Don’t know why post hole diggers are still made when this crazy thing exist
Lol yes much easier to use
That tool he's using is pretty expensive compared to a cheap post hole digger
Is this including when they come do the land survey?
Not only can you not hear, but annoying music added to background noise
