Calling it now RB gets shut down by a good D and Packers have to rely on JL arm to make TDs we lose and go home. JL is not good in the Red zone and has a hard time converting 3rd downs = recipe for a loss. DT games has proved that as well as other close games where Packers barely came off with a win. The only things holding them together is the D and run game. JL under pressure makes horrible decisions bad passes and ultimately INTs.
We’ve now swept two other divisions in the league. And as everyone keeps pointing out, 3 of our 4 losses were within a score, and Love was injured in three of them. Okay, we just barely lost to the Lions with nearly everyone healthy, but there were some questionable no-calls that helped Detroit out. We proved we can go toe-to-toe with them. Honestly, I don’t know anyone in the NFC who would comfortably beat us, or whom we couldn’t beat in a playoff game. Not saying we’re going to the SB this year, but I am saying we can. We are capable of it. I think if we win out the last three games, and everyone is healthy, nobody is going to want to play us.
Wyatt was back im pretty sure. I think he more means comparatively, the lions had some ridiculous number of people on the IR. Pretty sure it was like 11 it may have been more
I love your message very well put. As a packer fan that lives in Wisconsin born and raised in Madison and lived quite a few places around Wisconsin. I can say this the Packers are getting hot right now and we need to remember last year in the middle of the end of the season Packers were getting hot and we won against the Dallas cowboys and when we played against the 49ers were so close to winning. Even though we lost four games but those four games were very very close in the four games we played against teams right now that are the hottest teams in the NFL apart from Green Bay. That is saying right there that we can go toe-to-toe with the hottest teams in the NFL if that is the Lions or the Minnesota Vikings or the eagles or the Kansas City Chiefs. We have all of our pieces together now we're all healthy except one we're still waiting on and if none of our players don't get injured in the playoffs then we have good 80% to win the super bowl if our team works together as one and take one game at a time and let Matt Le for our coach come up with good scheme plays and even special teams and even are defense coach will come up with some good place to. If Packers didn't lose to the Lions and the Vikings we would have that number one spot in our division right now....✍️✝️🇺🇸❤️👈 PS Tim Tebow 🌎❤️👈
NO, wrong! The Lions coach was so confident he would win, he went for it on 4th down, snubbed his nose at a 39 yard FG to win, just to run the time completely out and kick a 35 yard FG!!!! NOTE, Dan did that to JUST KICK SAND IN OUR EYES!
They lost a couple of games early because of kicking and J Love maybe trying to comeback too soon, they lost a heartbreaker in Detroit on a last second field goal. They’re the youngest team in the league and they’re getting healthy. There’s still upside, I’m predicting a run to the Super Bowl but if you sleep on the Packers you’ll regret it
Rich, just so you know, the Packers usually don’t differ the coin toss ever these days. Since late last season, coach LaFleur has made it a point to want to start with the ball and score early, it wasnt just this game
Good teams can run the ball, period. A team that can run the ball is usually a team that will avoid injuries to the o-line. By comparison to years past, especially in the McCarthy era, relatively very few lineman going down this year. I’ll bet if you surveyed the o-line, to a player they would say they’d rather run block than pass block; it’s easier on the body. Not just that, but it’s true that a good run game opens up the passing game. Love needs this run game. It will further allow him to develop.
The playoffs this year about to be so lit! Packers blessed with another franchise QB. Only teams we’ve lost to are playoff bound, and not by much at that!
Yeah that's the bad thing though... Sure it makes our losses look better on paper because they were to teams with really good records that are playoff teams, but that's the issue is we only lost to playoff caliber teams which makes me believe that once we get to the playoffs that we'll lose first round or if we get lucky second round, but we sure as hell aren't making it to the NFC Championship game. Classic Packers.
@@jakewettengel7708 Oh no I am a Packers fan. What's wrong? are you just upset that I'm being critical of the way my team has performed in the playoffs for the last however many years since we last won our last Superbowl over a decade ago when I wasn't even really old enough to care for football or pay much attention to it considering I was like 5. We all remember when last year when Packers were slow in the middle towards the end of the NFL season and they were hot. Same thing right now Packers are getting better. Don't be surprised certain people that are in the NFL host shows if the Packers went to the division round and make it to the super bowl. Raiders are nowhere near competing. Was smart to let Jacobs go. They’ll draft an RB in a year or two to pair with Bowers and a new QB, which they will now get at the top of the draft. Signing Jacobs would have been wasting $$$ and making their picks worse
The packers had all their injuries early and love had regressed to start the season, he was playing hero ball and the defense had no pass rush and the LB play was terrible. The packers are getting healthy and playing better every week just like last year. They are leaking at the right time while the other teams are injured and on the decline. Just like last year the packers beat the lions late last year they were clearly the better team. They should have beat the 49ers after mopping the floor with the #2 seed cowboys. They did better than the lions against the 49ers. I hope the packers play Detroit in round if the eagles can get the 1 seed. I guarantee the packers beat the lions in the playoffs if they matchup. They definitely beat the Vikings. The eagles are the only threat to the packers.
Yeah, gloss over that Lafleur stat. He is Coach of the year with a 10-4 record and won multiple games with two different QBs, which no other Coach could even dream of.
LaFleur has been doing this take the ball first with the coin toss thing since late last season and it's been annoying this year because our defense has basically just given the other team free points right before the half in most games and then they start the 2nd half with the ball on top of it.

Our biggest issue is ML and his inability to counter the opponents halftime adjustment, then ANY big, snap decision in crunch time--he simply does not have it , red flags , time mgmt, ect. 3rd best HC in the division. We were lucky that Geno left the game early.
