It's unbelievable. Every important ministry in Syria is staffed with someone that's smart and capable and with some experience/qualifications. And they all seem to be working diligently to pursue Syria's best interests. I can't believe I'm seeing this in my lifetime. Just 5 weeks ago, I thought I'll live and die in exile. don't you think a foreign minister should at least be able to communicate in decent English?
