- This video demonstrates what happens when one uses Lithium Spray Grease on an embroidery machine. This type of grease is not recommended. Use a multi purpose grease in gel type form as well as white oil for sewing machines. You may find the oil on our online store: www.redlineemb.com/store

👍
where are you locate it?
Hello Jalen. We are located in Far West Texas.
Hello how i contact you sir
What spray would you recommend?
Hello we do not recommend using sprays but using the Multi purpose paste. You can find it at any automotive store or section.
Hello Polly, We don't recommend a spray of any kind we recommend the paste.
would it apply to the lithium white grease in paste type too?
Hello. The paste is fine. If you live in a humid area we'd recommend using marine grease to help with rust. We do use a multi-purpose grease as well as marine grease.
thank you so much for taking your time. After seeing this video I really became worried about it, because the maker of my machine teaches us to use the white lithium paste. Once again, thank you.
could you, please show us the Marine and multipurpose grease you use? I'm not familiar with them. Thanks in advance.
Here is a picture of the Marine Grease. It is a blue color. cdn3.volusion.com/tvuka.tjxve/v/vspfiles/photos/SL3120-2.jpg?1365085384 The multi purpose grease has a caramel color: images.oreillyauto.com/parts/img/medium/val/614.jpg Hope these pictures help.
RedlineEMB thank you once more.
What do you think of silicone all-purpose grease? It's white and this is one reason I decided to use it....
Also, lithium is a known carcinogen, so that is another reason to NOT use it, anywhere....!
I wouldn't recommend silicone as well. Here is a link to help you with the grease. It should have a caramel color to it. Multipurpose grease. 2.wlimg.com/product_images/bc-full/dir_60/1792352/multi-purpose-grease-1887742.jpg
Thanks, again.
Got some garage-door grease (hinge-grease) from the hardware store. It's fine.
I wasn't using the other, really... only once, because I didn't couldn't find the usual grease. It probably ended up in the trash can with so many parts and threads...
That music is tasteless and annoying
White lithium is bad bad news for your machine!
