@Andrius B I don't normally in Uno, but there's a version of Crazy 8's house rules that you countdown from 8 to 1. So you pick up 8 cards to start, then when you get rid of your cards the first time, you draw 7, and so on. With how long that game goes, my friends and I used to play that you could place multiples of the same card, OR place a straight up or down, that ignores suits. So drop you could drop a 5 of clubs, then a 6, then a 7, 8, 9, etc, of different suits, or up to 4 of a single card like all 4 suits of a 5. Feels so fast, but it's not over too quickly.
Highly recommend using the Uno Game (tm) on Steam if you plan on playing more of it. All the house rules can be turned on and off as well as a few extra options to spice things up a bit. Then you don't have to keep track of stacking, or whose turn it is after a bunch of skips or reverses.
Lamarkism is the transmission of acquired characteristics " if you use a lot your muscles your children will have more muscles" . It is wrong for most species but it exists for bacteria. Normally bacteria have only one chromosome but sometimes some of them acquire a second circular bit of dna called a plasmid , sometimes it's only one gene. They can have sex with other bacteria , injecting in them a copy of the plasmid, then when the new bacterium reproduce by mitosis both children will have the plasmid. A form of lamarkism if you want.
My family and I used to play uno where you could play 2 or more of the same number/symbol in UNO at the same time even if they were different colors. We also did that you can stack x2 with x4's if the chosen color was the same or if the x4 was being applied to the x2. We ruled that you draw until you play a card, so you could save a card if you didnt want to play It and draw instead, but you have to draw until you play something, even if its something already In your hand.

I believe Lamarck came up with a theory for evolution before Darwin, that's why he was important, even if he was wrong. It is also interesting that Darwin's theory wasn't contested until he applied it to humans.

The inheritance of acquired characteristics was just to explain diversity, and was also accepted at the time by others. I think Darwin also believed in it. Darwin himself ever put his theory to humans at least in the Origin. Lamarck kinda set a stage where Darwin's theory could be more accepted. There's also stuff today like epigenetics that showcase inheritance of acquired characteristics. Lamarck vs Darwin is mostly just a streamlined way to teach evolution, even though it wasn't like that.
