These are pretty nice. Ive been making wire stuff for years I used to make it out of boredom last year I started on a high detail M4 sherman. I got stumped though cause I the turret I couldnt figure out how to get it to rotate I stopped building and walked away from it. ive made planes and I never could figure out anything to get the props to spin but sticking the wire on screws that Pen trick I could have used about 13 or 14 years ago. I still have the P38 I made its survived some moves. I can give you a tip. Not sure even you sell your stuff but I used to make them for family and I can tell you that Ive had a few comments about wrapping the excess wire onto the model. Dont do it. Make a few well placed wraps nice and kempt together in the areas where the joining parts are clip the excess it look a lot more well kempt. and saves a ton of wire and time. If you wrap and wrap all that excess youre just adding weight and bulk and wasting time and wire. Another tip for you I dont advise Copper wire simply because its expensive Ive always used floral wire never anything more than about 16 gauge and my threading I use 26gauge. Itll save you some money. It would be cool to use copper but that stuff is expensive. One more thing a tip I was given to mass produce by a family member is get a piece of wood and putt brads in it for all of your turns and with the wood jig you can doulbe or quadruple what you make in time and probably money. I built a jig and it worked well but I never sold mine.

@@AhmedAli-tp3uw Ive never worked with Copper But I would assume so. He did a good job with the plane here. so how I started on mine was a built the basic shapes for each part of the tank out of the larger gauge so that it would be stronger frame then I wired with smaller gauge the basic shapes onto the chassis or hull of the tank. I never finished mine.
I got hung up on how to make the turret turn and just hung it on a wall sometimes I get it down and do a little more work on it but I didnt finish it.
Just build your sides so they are stout and make your front and rear match the sides and wire them on tightly so it sits as a solid frame DONT Make the mistake of making your tracks last... and dont shape the sides accidentally including the tracks if you are going to make the tracks separate.
A suggestion... Make your basic track piece first to get a good idea of how much room you need under the hull to fit the tracks without them being too close together...
I made this mistake and made the hull first as a result the tracks while they may fight under it will be narrow and its alot harder to detail narrow pieces. Good Luck. I build with Green floral wire.
It was cheaper back then 70 pieces of 18 gauge about foot long or longer was 3.99 Wire in the Artistic wire Brand is 6.99 for about 10 feet... Have no idea how much copper goes for but probably weigh more.
