This is my pastor, and these are my people. CBC welcomes everybody. It’s the sick that need healing, it’s the lost that need to be found. Our church is filled with the Holy Spirit, and Pastor Ed is always this loving. Last year, my husband and I were born again, and God revealed to us that this was our church, and we’ve been going ever since. We worship the Lord together, we cry together, we rejoice together, and when we are weary, we know we can lean on each other. We’re very blessed to have such a place to go. This is a proud moment for me. I never thought I’d see my own pastor in a viral video 😂
JESUS IS THE WAY, THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE. You can trust him (SURRENDER).

I actually felt the charasmatic salesmanship of that pastor. Most of them are just sales people who can manipulate people.

This is my son's church, in San Antonio, Tx. . The pastor is amazing and loving. My son was baptized there about 4 months ago. He is now also active in that church. I prayed for years for God to touch his heart and call to him. My son was agnostic and now he is serving our lord God is real and he is so good, Praise our mighty King 🙏🙌🙏
I think the "homeless" woman that Michael saw originally, then went to buy food for, but wasn't able to find her afterwards (.but spotted Anthony instead ) ; I believe the WOMAN was an ANGEL ! God DID "set-up" the entire scenario! It was ANTHONY.... who desperately needed to be rescued and SAVED that day! Lord Jesus is beyond fabulous....I praise Him for all He has done and the mind blowing ways He works!

For sure! The sign she held said hungry, but Anthony was hungry for God and The Lord heard him and sent help. God is SO AWESOME!

This happened to me! I was trying to determine if my life was worth living and God sent a friend from my Bible college to just be there for me. GOD IS SO SO GOOD!!
This is what church is supposed to be. This is why we are here.
Lord help us all to walk the walk and allow the Holy Spirit to use us to minister to this lost and dying world.
Immediately, hebrews 13:2 came to mind. This brought the happiest of tears to my eyes. Such a beautiful display of God's love!!!

What an amazingly profound response by this pastor and congregation. He even corrected the idea of throwing cash at the man to get him in on his feet. God undoubtedly used this pastor and this congregation to shout the love of Christ across the internet and the world. So powerful!! Praise God!

Ed was my college minister 24 years ago in TN. He hasn’t changed a bit! I love how he leads this huge congregation (with multiple services) with the same energy, compassion, and relatability as he did my college group.

Right now I’m not looking at a Pastor hugging a homeless man, I’m looking at Jesus welcoming home His son and showing him the love and light that every single soul should feel when they are called home. Thank you Kap for sharing, thank you Michael, thank you Anthony, thank you Pastor, I am crying happy tears and so overwhelmed by the presence of God in this church.

Pastor Ed is awesome. He is a true man of GOD! At the 2PM service, the Holy Spirit was on him to call for anyone having suicidal thought. At least 20 people went up. Prayer team was there to help. Community Bible Church is a true Bible based church.
This is how wonderful God is. He brings people to the place they desperately needed to be. ❤

The lady was an Angel used for Michael attentions and that’s the reason he went to get food for her but Michael ran into Anthony the homeless that was about to kill himself and Michael appeared during that moment and they went to Church together right after Michael was coming from the 8am service and due to the message giving by the Pastor, Michael spirit was lead by God to help others. Nothing demonic here but the grace of our Lord!!
It is the Church's responsibility, NOT THE GOVERNMENT, to care for the poor. Not only would it be more effective, but it would reduce waste and fraud. By the number of homeless on the streets, we can see how miserable a job the government has done.

Pastor Ed spoke at our church in TN and I have watched him online since that time. I was watching this online live. It blew me away. When he asked the guy when the last time he had a hug it moved me to tears!

I love my CBC family. My family and I were watching all this play out on this day. I don’t believe there was a dry eye in the room. To be honest I was very nervous on how things were going to turn out, but I knew right away the love of Christ was all over this message. It was such a blessing for my family and I to have experienced this moment together.
😭 Finally after all these years I am witnessing doers in the Word of God Jesus Christ finally but back then they left me to the world though not this part of the body of Christ and hated me when I harmed them not, no lie.

I'm ao blessed to go to CBC and to hear Pastor Ed every Sunday! Thing is, happenings led by the spirit, like this was, happens at CBC all the time! This is a normal Sunday service for us! We're led by the Spirit, but are based on the Bible ONLY! Ed is humble in his leadership and always gives God the glory.
