- Iginiit ng DOJ na di makikipag-usap ang Pilipinas sa ICC matapos ibasura ang apela ng bansa para hindi na ituloy ang imbestigasyon sa Duterte drug war. Ano kaya ang mga inaasahang susunod na mangyayari sa ICC kung mangyari ito?

Siguro pag di NAG COOPERATE ibig sabihin ang mga witnesses sa ejk crimes ay hindi papayagan o kaya tatakutin huwag magsalita sa investigation. hindi lang yan, pati members ng family nila ban din sa iba bansa member ng ICC, ban sa social media platform gagamitin ang AI, hindi sila magiging malaya. Palagi sila may pangamba sa kanila buhay gagamitin ang Mossad service, alang-alang sa libolibong kaluluwa nananaghoy sa langit para sa kanila pamilya.
All well- meaning Filipinos should support ICC prosecution of Pduts as it may - hopefully end - or at least tame the culture of impunity in the country. The robbing politicians now may have something to fear - again hopefully - knowing that there is stiil one court ((ICC) of last resort they can't buy nor intimidate into inaction. Kudos to you Mr Esguerra for choosing principled stand for truth and country.

If the Philippine government chooses not to cooperate with ICC on the investigation for the victims of war on drug, then the international communities can impose diplomatic pressure and sanction on the Philippine govt to compel cooperation. This could impact diplomatic relations as well as economic consequences. Wala ng mag iinvest sa atin, because they lost trust in the judicial system dito. The Philippines will lost credibility concerning its commitment in human rights and justice.
