This machine is capable of automatically setting the stack height and mold protection positions. Doing it manually won't give you the closing sensitivity to prevent mold damage due to an obstruction.
Personally I like to set the toggle/ die height before clamping the back half of the mould especially if the tool has slides (less chances of or damage) . And the crane or chain falls that you have to use is Hilarious but I guess you have to work with what you have. Good job

This is a silly way to set the Die Height on an Arburg.... Use the Auto DieHeight feature.. Just set the Clamping force required. The machine will do the rest..
I dont think these people know what they are doing. I didnt see them put the knockout bars in. They added more steps then you need with the die hieght settings wtf

That is not the carriage!! That’s the toggle clamp. The carriage is the injection side of the machine.

The feet on the clamps are the wrong way, right? I hope so or I've been doing it wrong.
we could run parts Irvine Ca medical molding or comercial molding. press range 38 ton to 220 ton total of 5 machines.
We were "Signal Stat" and had 26 Molders from 75 Ton Cincinatti Milacrons (Toggle) to 500 Ton HPM's (Hydr)
First the clamp foot is wrong, I guarantee you will be screwing up platen hole with the thread part of the foot on the platen.
