Some people will think he wasted his money and other people will think he's wasting his time, but when you see him dancing at the end it's clear that he is winning this game and we are just watching
His investment is always good. You can always get fresher air out there n have good sea food. Yeah he probably spend more than millions of dollars on those restoration pluses many more furniture. But it worth it and people can come and use it. Since he only lives alone. More good friendly company is awesome.
I would love to volunteer here over the summer but I’m only 14. Well 15 for when summer comes when I want to volunteer. I’m small and can get in tiny spaces. I have a burning passion for the ocean, and this is something I would love to do and it could count towards my graduation from high school. I could also use a go pro and take footage to show my whole school. That would be good for an extra curricular project lol.
The cool thing is this is in international waters. There is no government to tell him or you no. So if your parents say yes and he says yes then that is all you need :-)

Human waste is fine going into the ocean -- it's 100% recyclable, and it's not like the volume will be too much for the whole Atlantic to handle. As for shampoos, there are biodegradable/eco-friendly varieties (such as those based on vegetable glycerin) that will pose no issues if they're dumped into the water.

I have been there is the most beautiful and quiet some times but the wend down there is the worst it gose up to 350 to 567 miles pr hour but if I was you I would go there even tho it’s a lot of money you can get away and spend fun and some best time with your fam and friends this guy is the best and most nicest person you can meet
5:22 escaping by helicopter is expensive or so he says after ordering dominos and having it delivered by helicopter at 4:10. good vid though very entertaining, just found that one part kinda funny.

I would definitely be interested in volunteering for a summer to restore the tower. Not sure that my wife would be happy about it though. My dogs would probably hate it as well. Lol but it would definitely be fun though. As for the sharks they don't bother me at all. I actually used to run some shark dives in Florida and the Bahamas in my 20s back in the mid 1990s and you get to know the regulars and their personalities. They are kind of like big dogs of the oceans. Generally they are just curious about just what you are doing in their realm of the deep and will just watch you swim around. It's sad seeing just how deteriorated the tower has become over the the last 20 years. But I definitely get it with the sea water and salt spray on the steel. I would definitely be very concerned about the tower legs stability and integrity being that they have been in the salt water since the 60s and are probably rather rusty and corroded from the saltwater. Since they can't just slap a fresh coat of rust and corrosion blocking paint on the tower legs. Lol
