Yes! We can get Hoka but they don't have cute stability shoes which I need for overpronation, so I'm trying to correct it to be able to wear them haha!

Ooh my cousin is and NHS physio the wait time for our area she says is 24 weeks which is still awful I hope your knees feel better the tape is at least hopefully going to help and is a cute colour and the inhaler situation isn't uncommon either in school I could never breathe running when I studied sports I nearly collapsed my tutor sent me to the doctor for a peak flow test and said I've probably always needed the blue reliever ventolin inhaler but spent about ten years growing up unaware 😅😅🙈 meatless farm chicken and fry's vegan hot dogs are my faves Tesco F+F is so underrated right my last coat lasted ten years before is wore out! I've just finished Somewhere in the sunset by Estelle Maskame it was great but the ending wow!💖
I'm still waiting for a call and I applied in December, they said 16 weeks from Jan but still nothing, it's awful really! I couldn't even walk properly when I went in too 🥹 F&F is so under rated isn't it, they've definitely improved in recent years!

I did say in the video I hadn’t and would consider in the future. It was the first time trying so I wanted to focus and not worry about recording. :)
