That rear naked choke went well with the vocal line, actually ...
I still remember when hit my thumb with a hammer. Definitely an unforgeable tool moment.
Underrated comment
Get to work, Dad (and take your jokes with you)! 😬🙄
You are a tool….
Nailed it.
@@jamesmclachlan4938 lol
That thumbnail is definitely from A Perfect Circle
Ahh, the album update videos.
Good times, gooodddd tiimmeeesss.
Tool is the most tool-esque band I’ve ever heard. Some of the best metal albums ever put out to the world are by them.
I'll always love their take on No Quarter, that one has always been one of my favourite Zeppelin songs and Tool just killed it. I also saw Tool in Toronto last year with my band and they brought out Alex Lifeson for Jambi, which was equally awesome because none of us were expecting to see him since our guitarist, drummer and I are all massive Rush fans and Jambi is our singer's favourite Tool song, so hearing that mixed with the solo section of Passage to Bangkok for Lifeson to rip was absolutely fucking awesome
Just a head's up that 0:27 is the song "Opiate" not "Bottom"
Hello, how could they get this wrong?
Heads up, your ass…
its bottom
@@viniciusgraeml757no check again, it says bottom plays twice in a row, opiate plays after the bottom clip
“Patton Oswalt: Not From Outside” could be an autobiography title for Patton. 😂
The first clip is literally how I found out this band existed. I first saw Matrix, heard RATM at the end, then searched clips from the band, saw this bald guy do the best scream ever, fell in love, boom. Fan since 2002.
Spiral Out!!!!!
Keep going
I like the props for Aphex Twin and Squarepusher
New TOOL-related video? Hell, yeah!!!!! :)
I adore that effortless takedown and keep right on with the show
"everybody together now- mahaheheheh"
hold my spiral...
Let the rabbits wear glasses, save our brothers.
Can I get an amen? Can I get a hallelujah. Thank you Jesus.
Nobody:
Maynard: *proceeds to make random noises*
“Random noises” if you’re used to linkin park or Slipknot, yep.
Tool is such an honest religious, spiritual, emotional and psychological experience.
I will forever remember my first live experience with them in Rochester last year. I’ve been to a metal concert or two in my young life, but this was totally different in a couple key ways. They were phenomenal, even with the gaudy expectations I had of them coming in. The technical prowess, tightness and accuracy with which they play their songs (which as we both know aren’t necessarily simple) in a live atmosphere is mind-boggling. The experience of listening to any of their studio albums all the way through has always been an absolutely visceral experience for me, and such was the case in the live environment as well to a very high degree.
Tool fans have been the epitome of cringe for more than three decades. Thanks for the laughs.
Used to think that when i was 15 and didnt listen to alot of music, i called it my cringe phase when i used to listen to tool and marilyn manson..
Yeah, on grass.
They are coming to Brasil!!!!🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽
As a carpenter, i’ve had more than 10 memorable tool moments in my life
Danny and Maynard on the couch trippin sack lmfao
My fav moment is definitely waiting so long for a new album that sounds like leftovers from the last one, fear binoculars was kinda eh
10 unforgettable Meshuggah moments?? 🤔
People really under estimate maynards vocals man. He’s incredible.
TOOL is Phenomenal
I'm no Tool fan in any way, shape or form, but Maynard's take down of the dumb@$$ fan that got up on stage is classic and is up there with Keith Richard's monumental take down of a fan who did the same thing. 😂
Here we go again... best tool moments. Maynard, Maynard, Maynard, Maynard, Maynard and Maynard. People act like this guy is tool Im over this, there are 3 other members who are talented and constantly play music. Maynard just sings. He is a good singer, but come on the band could put out music with out him and it's tool. Oh wait another great moment is when Maynard did that one thing...
no, i dont think so.. maynard is the personality of the band. without maynard, nobody would know about tool. theyd just be some insanely talanted local band with a shitty singer, like a lot of the bands then and today.
Anyone else piss in the Fibonacci sequence after hearing lateralus?
Maynard is a judojitsu guy, he did that guy a favor.
🌀🌀🌀
Who edited this video? First song wasn't tool. And the third one has the wrong song title.. Thumbnail is from APC
you misspelled opiate
No
You forgot to use grammar and punctuation.
@@BobMonkeypimpwhatever you say, that’s still not “bottom”.
So we're remaking the same videos now?
Some people say Maynard's unlikeable because most times he's a jerk is it true?
From everything I've heard, that is accurate. And I LOVE Tool.
He is really sarcastic
He is a pompous pr1ck, never listen to his podcast on joe rogan btw hes boring on top of that.
@TraceVandal Ah I did not know that
@@gerardoa9179 I bet
First seconds in, not a tool moment
First comment gang
Third
I love seeing Tool fans wearing Tool shirts. There’s just something so poetic about seeing someone wearing a shirt that labels them.
I love seeing people judge people by their taste in music. It shows they're hairless perma-virgins.
@@BobMonkeypimpFound the tool.
Too be fair maynard has said nesrly this exact same thing yet somehow you sound more pretentious 🤔
tool is kinda mid
Everyone is entitled to their wrong opinion. JK.
So what have you done in life?
Sir, this is a TOOL video.
The " ive tried for years but i just cant get into Tool " button --->
Their first album is good, but not a fan of anything after that.
I tried for ten seconds, and was hooked.
I can't believe that don't have the moment he throws the mic. Look it up, "Maynard's voice cracks", it's the funniest shit ever.
My fav moment is definitely waiting so long for a new album that sounds like leftovers from the last one, fear binoculars was kinda eh
The " ive tried for years but i just cant get into Tool " button --->
Not for everyone. Wasn’t ever supposed to be. Some of us are a mite elitist, I will give you that. But it’s not meant to be something that everyone likes.
god i remember seeing the flamethrower scene at big day out Adelaide ( i think 2011) tool played right after Rammstein such a great experience also FYI thats Chris Doom from Rammstein on the drums
Tools 10 most forgettable moments
Fear Inoculum , ultra boring album
The lead singer and his followers are tools of society, they think only them know the secrets of the universe because they did mushrooms and listen to tool ofc.
@@gerardoa9179nah it was 🔥
