hi Kimberly live or video for the cupcakes it doesn't really matter. also I tried making cream cheese frosting following a recipe but it came out runny. can you do a cream cheese frosting please

Cream cheese is tricky but a simple and go to recipe for me for 1doz cupcakes is:
1.5 cups (up to 2 cups depending on how sweet you want it - i usually use 1.5) of icing sugar
Half cup of cold cream cheese
2 tbsp softened butter
I'll give some tips when we do the video
