Honestly, it's even better than the trailer version, more depressing, showing the emptiness and anxiety that will be in this DLC, moreover, the music itself causes anxiety, I would like to see it on the actual Side Order trailer :D

scary but chill also I hate the beat build up that goes no where its just weird and off-putting witch for what we seen so far is perfect and seems to be what you and the devs are going for and I can def see them doing somthing simular in a song with a build up with no drop kinda like tension in a horror game with no jumpscare in a song

I doubt it's agent 8, it could be a new character since pearl looks like she is meeting the character for the first time, there's also the fact that there's a big time Skip between OE and SO, in which Agent 8 could not have stayed the same height. And the new octoling is the same height as 8 on the original OE

for me, the music is both calming and unsettling. i’ve seen videos about how cloning could be the main theme, but im leaning more towards the theory that 8 or even a new agent/a clone of said agent lost their sense of self. it could also be based on deception and/or 8’s trauma or fears from octo expansion.

My prediction of the boss fight: Marina is on an octagon-shaped futuristic tower with multiple enemies. Mostly Octocommanders. You have a weapon made from a new character, (the character walks on its 6 tentacles and uses 2 as hands) it’s sure going to take out all the enemies and take that futuristic headgear off of Marina! Will update soon… Update: The second trailer is here! So now that we know what it looks like, it time to update the prediction! So, out of all the fish enemies, there is one special one. One that is far more intelligent, and evil than the others. The boss of all the orderly robotic fish, it's name is [REDACTED]. A living skeleton of a barracuda that has the infective goo spread all over it. But for some reason, the goo is red and black. This is the second time of us seeing this hybrid ink (the first time was the Mammalian ink), but who knows what it could do. A new form of travel (which we don't know what to call it) involves an Inkling or Octoling turning into a statue/crystal, and cracking back into their original form. This way of transportation is unique, but if someone breaks the statue/crystal… The Inkling/Octoling gets splatted. This robot has been built by a music star known as Pearl. She pilots the robot so she can help Agent 8 traverse through obstacles and battle enemies. This mysterious red and black cone-shaped tower with robotic parts is unknown. So far, we think it is the home of [REDACTED] and Marina. Speaking of Marina, we think she either got kidnapped by [REDACTED], or created [REDACTED] to rule the world with order. These weird balls of black ink spawn these robotic fish, but a theory of the process of how the balls are created is that [REDACTED] regurgitates them out. It is an uncanny, but interesting way. As the figurines Agent 8 likes to collect, the Mem Cakes make a return. We now see where they are produced, which is quite fascinating. With a trailer theme like this, you can tell the final boss has a high chance of being a literal Eldrich horror beyond comprehension.

I love this. Its so horrifying and calming, sad and happy, a small jingle with a good beat, a masterpiece.
