Actually, I think this had been a Saturday and fairly early in the day. I had only noticed England napping, but everyone else seemed to have a lot of energy. Hong Kong had been recruited literally at the last minute.

I have absolutely no idea, but I really wish I knew who they were and if they had youtube accounts, tumblrs, facebooks - they're just so, so good and really really nice.
I don't know, but they seem to be in either their late teens, early twenties, or late twenties. I know Hong Kong is a teenager because she's my little sister.
@KeyserOrion My sister kept telling me I was making a sucky England because I kept falling into hyperactive fangirl instead of how England typically asks. XD I didn't care very much - the panel's England was a much better England than I was, and to be honest, I was uber jealous, though I'm still proud of the cosplay I put together.

@MarshmallowKittyKats Well, there was a Lithuania in the crowd. He wasn't part of the panel, but he was just as much fun to interact with. The panel was pretty big as it was. All I did was film this and have fun asking them questions. I just wish I could've filmed the whole panel, but alas. My camera's batteries died.
@KeyserOrion OMG you're the Prussia from the panel!? You were the best Prussia ever, fyi. My little sister got to be your Hong Kong. :D I was the England in the audience who asked you and Austria about how you felt about Germany and Italy's relationship. Wonderful answers, btw.
@twilightmidna1000 Contact the people who organized the panel to begin with. Orion is the Prussia, and he was in charge of it. Their China had simply grabbed my sister, who was Hong Kong, then asked Prussia if she could be part of the panel. I know nothing more about it than that. It would be pretty cool to be part of the panel with them. :3 They are some of the best cosplayers I've ever had the pleasure of meeting.
