So I have a question. We will be in Zurich for the Christmas Markets this year (2024) and we want to do the Lindt tour. When looking at the Map location it appears they have different buildings in the area (like a campus). When looking at their website the only tour available I see is at the Lindt Museum down the street a bit. We want to do the tour you just showed but your video looks like you were in the main large building so I'm confused. Where do you buy your tickets online and how to do this tour and not just the Museum tour?

yes, we took some of the wrapped chocolate Lindt balls home with us - of course they want you to buy more in the store! There is a factory outlet there, but we were too late and it was closed.
