Or maybe it is in order but depends if our Original color is the same or not. I have my original color to Red so I guess that's that
Just pick what cars you have and check your car data on there and also if you have a Wangan Navi App on your phone or tablet you can check your car data there too and you will see how many games for a custom car colour

You get the carbon hood and boot from Ghost mode and it is 100 games for a new color

How to get colours, parts, neon and aura?
For colours you have to play 100 games on any game mode for parts and neons you have to play Ghost mode and for aura a minimum of 5000kms
